struggling with anxiety?

So many people are struggling with anxiety these days. This situation is not surprising with the constant overload of information on the sensory nervous system, the lack of connection to the people and environment around us, and the ever-increasing need to move faster to get ahead.

Anxiety is also heightened through the tendency to worry and be future oriented. However, there are ways to reduce anxiety through stress management and mindfulness techniques that are proven scientifically to work.

Through evidence-based counselling methods you can be empowered to overcome anxiety-ridden thoughts and feel calmer in today’s fast paced society.

If you are interested in exploring therapy as a means to help with your anxiety, meet registered Psychologist Daisy Grossi.

ABOUT DAISY

I decided to become a counselling psychologist because I have always seen potential in others. I am passionate about helping people to uproot limited beliefs that are holding them back from loving who they are and from having fulfilling careers and relationships.

I believe in the potential of human beings to be everything that they are able to be. We have the capacity to access and to share in infinite growth. Yet what too often happens is we get stuck in limited beliefs, programs and patterns of what we were taught to be. These beliefs negatively impact our lives in so many ways.

My goal is to provide a safe environment of non-judgmental listening so that you are able to freely explore how you can move forward in your life and find real fulfillment.
